On “Reasons Not to Stretch”

Right, sprinters do stretch. It's just that holding stretches too far and too long may limit power. Here's a video of Asafa Powell stretching and warming up to prepare to sprint. link to this video

On “How is my form ? (better video this time)”

I really think dynamic stretching is useful. Something like this: link to this video or for a more complete sprinters routine this: link to this video

On “Wanna get back into sprinting and need some advice”

On “Long hiatus? How to get back into it”

You should spend around 15 minutes warming up. This article goes into more detail about how doing more might slow you down. I like to do walking toe touches (feet on the ground) then "toy soldiers" for hamstrings. This Asafa Powell Prepares for Sprinting (link to this video youtube video series covers some good drills and warm-up advice. Powell does that walking toe-touch drill I like to do at around 1:40.

On “Static(passive) stretching versus Dynamic warm up before activity [X-Post From /r/fitness]”

Anyone can't run under 10 seconds innate. Why you use static when you can dynamic? That's silly. Look at your examples, those are "old"! Did you ever watch this? Look at this, what Ben Johnson say. This is sprinting, even 0.01 seconds very important. Look at here, which one use static stretching before activity? You look like fossil.
