What commenters say. Recommended by commenters to help sprinters improve shoulder mobility, correct arm swing issues, and address scapular winging.

…swing. There’s some asymmetry as well where your left arm maintains 90 on the backswing but your right arm extends out more. Could be a dominance tendency that fixes itself when you’re relaxing and maintaining top speed, but could also be a compensation for lack of rotation in your right shoulder. Here’s some good shoulder / scapular exercises: - link to this video - link to this video Welcome back and good luck!…

On “I think my arms made my sprinting worse. How can I get better?”

Many changes like this should be the result of properly implemented prehab/rehab options and not try and force it too much, do your basic ytwls (here) and your arms and shoulders will start to correct themselves, also some basic lat stretches will do the trick

On “[NEED HELP] - Here is my Drills, Starts, and Max V”

What do you mean you struggle to get the bar up to your shoulders for cleans? Like completing the lift? Work on your shoulder mobility. This also helps with more fluid arm movement in sprinting link to this video Also look up front rack mobility Program RDLs / Nordics into your leg days. Nordics are great for injury prevention and you can regress/progress with incline adjustments with the right equipment. Hamstring activation and strengthening should help with the leg swing on your striking. Your front side has quite a bit of overstriding and extension at the knee and I can’t help but think there’s a connection there.

On “Hello everyone. I have scapular winging and it affects my arm movement while running, causing certain motions that feel difficult for me to control. So far the uppercut exercise has given me the most noticeable improvement. how can I improve scapular integration”

Strict shoulder press make sure you shrug at the top, helps a ton with shoulders scapula lats and upper back movement Horizontal and vertical row movements Then the below is a great guide I would follow very closely for a few times a week for a few days link to this video
