On “We’re gonna need a bigger pit”

Wow.... that actually sucks for him. The fact that he hit the end of the pit caused him to roll back. Probably took a few inches off his jump. Video: link to this video He jumped 8.83m, 28'11.6". Seems like they should make the pit a couple feet longer, eh?! Not even a world record.

On “Took 1st in long Jump in Florida at the D1 East Preliminary Meet. 7.96m (26’1 and some change) Oregon in 2 weeks ! Sorry for the bad lighting in the pic. #GoZIPS”

I was looking for you on ESPN.. 11th place in the nation at 25'6.. Your teammate looks like got 2nd behind the clear winner. Says your PR is 8.18m (1.6) 26' 10" that's world class. Any video you can share of your jump(s)? Unbelievably, this Cuban 19 year old just went 29 ft (wind aided 2.1). This guy looks taller than average jumper - also he pushes his knees in a bit then pushes them out deliberately forward, he even falls back, but not enough to lose distance.
