What commenters say. Frequently recommended to demonstrate proper head position, low heel recovery, and powerful arm drive during the start.

1.) Knee drive - Yeah, it's not all that high and your arms are really only coming up to about chest height. Partly this is the lack of arm action and partly not driving backward into the track during the first steps of your start. Because you're without blocks, I'd recommend using the three-point start as it puts you in a slightly more optimal position to push off the track without the aid of blocks. Really focus on trying to swing your arms hard out of the blocks, like you see here. This is the only cue I find useful in teaching people how to drive. Simply picking your knees up higher won't do anything if you can't put energy into the track very quickly. Otherwise, you'll get better…

On “Any advice on my 3 point start form?”

…az.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/sprint-start-please-work.jpg) * Good job with the powerful arms, keep doing that! * Your heel recovery is way too high. After your first foot strikes the ground, see how the next leg loops all the way back to your butt before striking the ground again? That's a big no-no. Take a look at this video from 0:30 to 0:31 link to this video Her heel doesn't cycle all the way to her butt which is good.…

On “Sprinting arms after upper body workouts- also workout report”

how come it feels slower when driving the arms back and down compared to driving the forward and up? From watching pros, it really looks like they are pushing their arms forward, and not pulling them back. like Jetter for example: link to this video

On “Sprinting start video, any advice?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtEaUDZmZwc”

Hm, not quite sure if you need to work on your heel recovery as it looks fine. Take a look at Jason Gardener (link to this video (3rd from right) and Carmelita Jeter (link to this video (the woman), both of whom are very good sprinters. They're heel height is pretty much the same as yours and I don't think there is a need to go lower. Not very sure how to further extend the drive phase, but I think extra core strength should help you with that. Hope this helped!
