On “Wondering if I have what it takes to go D1”

You're going to need drastic improvement in the next 3 years. Not saying it can't be done. The best time in the nation in D1 this year was 9.95 (NWI). 10.3 (NWI) was the 22nd best time this year. 10.57 was the 100th best time this year. Keep working on it and don't let your dreams out of sight. How far you go will depend on how much you put in

On “I lost to a 15yo kid in 45m dash🤡 ”

It's no problem for me because I like to see people succeed. Most people in sprinting quit before they even begin, not realizing that there's a hundred different things you can do to ultimately get faster. Feel free to post another video when the times comes and I'll review it. For now, here are some sprinters to show you what's possible if you train hard, focus on your technique, and never give up: [video (Asafa Powell) [video (Su Bingtian 9.83) [video (The physique of Usain Bolt and how hard he trains) [video

…the worst lactate can feel. I feel like I've matured as an athlete and will be more comfortable pushing myself into lactate workouts in the future, but moderately ramping up next season. But if your sprinting to be competitive and not just for health reasons. You got to be pushing it hard like Bolt in this video or it never began for you.
