What commenters say. Recommended for learning how to pull the feet forward and keep the hands from going back during a long jump landing.

On “long jump”

Work on your foot/ankle stability and strength, as well as core and you can work your landings in a chair link to this video

On “Any tips on landing? I know I could get at least 1 foot further with correct form”

This video shows a good drill and explains what I mean. You don't want your hands to go back and take away distance from your jump so you pull your hands to your chest as you land [video Pull feet towards your butt

On “Long Jump Landing Exercise Suggestion?”

…a sand pit if you have one. These can be done hundreds of times and will only help create that infamous muscle memory so you don't even have to think about when the real thing is happening. Again, don't focus on the landing. Acceleration, sprint technique and plyometrics will get you way further over time vs correcting a bad landing technique. link to this video…
