The unseat/extension part of the glide is very important. Many kids just stick a leg back and don't generate any force with it so really focus on actively shooting it back. Another bad habit is young gliders will have their shoulders follow their hips. In the first video at 1:34, notice how her feet point slightly to the right but her shoulders still face the back of ring. This is what we call separation and it's really important. Last thing is the block. A great block will produce awesome results so make sure that block hand is very active
