What commenters say. Recommended as a useful reference for studying low head position, full leg extension, and low heel recovery during the first steps.

Ok man I've seen your start like 100 times. Watch this Not a single one of those guys looks up **through the whole video**! That's like at least 5 steps, look at the ground for at least 10 meters before you look up. Don't change it before your race this weekend but that is, in my opinion, the thing you should concentrate on next.

On “Form Check”

link to this video here's a pretty useful video of super slow mo first 3 steps, lane 3 is the guy to watch (Jason Gardener) both of you guys suffer from not fully extending off your pushes (you cut your stride/push short) look at their angles and the ground they cover in 3 steps IN COMPETITION

On “Sprinting start video, any advice?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtEaUDZmZwc”

Hm, not quite sure if you need to work on your heel recovery as it looks fine. Take a look at Jason Gardener (link to this video (3rd from right) and Carmelita Jeter (link to this video (the woman), both of whom are very good sprinters. They're heel height is pretty much the same as yours and I don't think there is a need to go lower. Not very sure how to further extend the drive phase, but I think extra core strength should help you with that. Hope this helped!
