What commenters say. Recommended for studying elite sprinting mechanics, specifically how to rip the leg from the ground and maintain relaxation.

On “Any tips to improve? (this is a hill sprint)”

The first step is to continue training. You will improve over time. Two things I’m noticing: There’s a lack of intentionality in the arms. You want to drive the arms, staying relaxed at the shoulder joint. As the leg passes behind the body, you’re sort of lagging. Elite sprinters rip the leg from the ground as it passes behind the body (slow down the attached video to 0.25 to get a good look). This can be rehearsed directly with drills like scissor bounds and thigh pops, as well as indirectly through exercises like sit ups.

Any video of those? It seems like you’re letting the leg trail behind the body before bringing it back. You want to rip the thigh from the ground. Developing trunk stiffness will help with that. Play that clip in 0.25 speed and notice how the trunk muscles contribute to the effort. Try a few of these in your warm up before drills. As you raise the knee in your drills, slightly flex the trunk.
