On “(14m) First time long jumping since may, used to be able to go 5m 67, this was a horrible 4m 30. What am I doing wrong?”

Your landing was bad. Try working on these techniques link to this video It’s essentially leading with your heals and letting your legs collapse into your heals and have your butt land almost exactly where your heals make contact with ground. All the while having enough momentum that you don’t fall backwards. Also your takeoff could use some work. You need to try to get more height in the take off. In long jump distance is gained when you combine speed with height. It’s hard to tell how fast you are running but more speed is always a good thing.
