On “Improving top end speed”
to train top end speed hip flexors and hip extensor training is really important

just some examples above
also put emphasis on stiffness of tendons such as Achilles for top end speed to train this i recommend doing this exercises im about to link but have a slow eccentric tempo followed by a fast concentric the slow eccentric is to train stiffness.

also do eccentric Nordic hamstring curls if you can vs lying leg curls on a machine.---- (if you have the ability to do this without over training )
hope this helps but the first 2 should help a lot and the NHC just for hamstring injury prevention because that is always good.
