On “First meet of the season in 2 days, still nervous about 400m”

I could try to summarize this video but I don’t think I could do it justice. It’s been a great guide for me for all of high school so far. Good luck with your season.

On “Need help for 400M”

Bringing your time from 65 down to 50 is gonna be a stretch, I was barely able to get down from 59 to 50 freshman to senior year. It will be difficult but not impossible. This video helped me understand how to run better. More than any physical training, I got better because I tightened up my technique. link to this video

On “How do I get better at hurdles,55m, and 400m?”

in the 400 a big part of it is strategy and running with strategy in mind. here’s the link to a video about this guy explaining how u should run the 400 to get the best time possible(link to this video workouts wise you wanna focus not only on endurance but also speed. ask your coaches for some workouts you could do on your own to improve these. at my school we have a separate group of sprinters and distance runners who run on opposite days (sprints: mon, wed, fri; distance: sat, sun, tue, thurs) so 400/800 runners can run sprints one day but with distance the other. not sure how ur school does it but definitely reach out to ur coach and ask them
