What commenters say. Recommended as a great resource for hamstring injury assessment, exercise selection, and progression through different rehab stages.

To be doubly sure as to what I was dealing with, I used the following videos to test for the possibility of the injury, both are incredibly easy to perform and deliver relatively unambiguous results * Puranen-Orava Test [video * Bent Knee Test [video So you might be asking, if I made the point of stating that this is something you need to see a medical professional about, why bother with all this research on my own? On “stretching vs eccentric exersises for hamstring”

Do you still have hamstring pains? If yes u/sammysep posted a great text about a week ago about his rehab process you should check it out. He also had this link to a physio therapist on yt who showed exercise selection and progression great. link to this video Key points : - do the hammy stuff you can painfree before moving to heavier stuff. -Everything athletic is about load vs capacity, if you have an active injury and load above your current capacity it will get worse. If you load within capacity and slowly progress it will get better. Yes its boring but IT WORKS
