What commenters say. Recommended for beginners and self-taught athletes to learn basic triple jump technique and bounding drills.

On “Tripling jump tips and drills to work on for the summer”

Do you just do bounding? Where your body alternates between legs? If not, that’s a great one to understand the transfer of your feet. Plus you can slow it down. Meaning stick the landing so your body knows what that should feel like, then work to pick of the pace. Eventually, you should be able to elongate that second phase. link to this video This is pretty basic but still shows the intent.

On “Triple jump step phase. I would really like to improve my triple jump technique, but my coaches only know long distance, i feel like after the first jump I can´t get another jump so my step phase is no good, I´m 17 170cm and 60kg, my pb so far is only 11.45”

Take a look at this and then go to YouTube and search improving trip,e jump technique and you’ll see a bunch of videos - link to this video I had to teach myself when I was in high school too.
