On “Critique my 100. Lane 5 yellow shoes. Finished with an 11.42 in second for my heat. Trying to improve”

Probably, if you seek out the right drills and cues to execute the proper technique. Loren Seagrave and Dan Pfaff have quite a few drill videos up. Ralph Mann is featured in a few videos as well. link to this video link to this video link to this video

On “Any suggestions on how to improve my running form?”

I've decreased my time a lot by focusing on knee drive/front side mechanics. I'm currently experimenting with what's seen in this video (link to this video -- maybe I'll follow up when I get times in the next month. As for your heel, I saw a video explaining that you don't want your heel coming all the way up to your butt. I believe it's this video (link to this video I went from 11.70 to 11.42 my freshman year just through fixing knee drive. I would also ask your coach on specifics on your running form: they will be the best source to improve your running.
