ACL injuries often get framed as predictable events with simple solutions. The reality is more complex. More often than not, the moments that trigger them come from chaos: collisions, balance loss, and rapid movement decisions under fatigue and speed. What Dan highlights in this clip aligns with patterns described across ACL research: long touchdown distances, limited trunk flexion at impact, and rotation appearing at the worst moment (Hewett et al., 2005; Krosshaug et al., 2007; Sigward & Pollard, 2012).
