LaVell Patterson demonstrates the Atomic Workout, a fifteen-minute speed and sprint drill routine from the Feed the Cats program.
This video about the Atomic Workout, a speed workout in just 15 minutes. Today, LaVell Patterson demonstrates the speed workout. My philosophy is: Intensity. Rest. Repeat. Follow this process for your speed workouts and you will see better results. This is a huge part my the Feed the Cats program.

What commenters say. Recommended as a quick, high-intensity speed workout and a good source for learning proper sprint drills.

Tony Holler Atomic Speed Workout Sprint day is a good place to look. Not sure if he reiterates it in this video, but record your times. Before I had lasers, I used to have two cones, and video me crossing both of them and figuring out the time. If you don't track it, its not important, nor you know if you are improving.
I would also recommend to sleuth around his channel, there is alot of goodies there.

Just search "sprint drills" into Youtube and watch any of the videos. Try to learn why you're doing them because there is a LOT OF misinformation out there as well.
[video this goes over a lot of drills as well
I’d work on striking drills and focus on max velocity training.
You’re leading with your heel first and striking flat footed, kind of rolling through ground contact like a distance runner. You want to strike aggressively and create force vertically.
I’d prioritize max velocity over more specialized training days as it carries over across all of your events. The ceiling for acceleration is also determined by max velocity.

Minimalistic workout that gets straight to the point with drills and a couple flies.
